2RAW SECTOR PLAN

2RAW is divided in 5 economic and administrative independent SECTORs. Each with its own manager. Because of the racetrack the sim cant be subdivided and ownership cant be transferred. Revenue made in the sector belongs to manager. Sector pay a set percentage of income or a set minimum part of the Linden tier. Sectors support each other by generating trafic and make clubs take over Music URL on turn. So the party never stops*) Main scope is 2 develop a creative cooperative platform for creators and gamers and make it a lively sim. A place with no need for 50 stupid campers or robot avis. SHOP rental @ 2RAW

You will find a wide range of uniqe shop layouts spread over the 5 sectors of the sim. All customizable. We offer assistance in adjusting and furnishing ur shop to meet ur recuirements. There's rentalboxes set for each shop. U can rent for minimum 1 week.

SHOPS comes in 2 sizes:
BIG: 50 prims for 300 L$/week
SMALL: 25 prims for 150 L$/week

New concept:
Sim structure: 5 sectors; -Central (777 league club area) -NorthWest (Club Erotica area) -NorthEast (Available) -SouthWest (Available) -SouthEast (Available)
5 KEY POINT TO MAKE IT WORK:
1) TEAM WORK Open communication is key!! If you have concerns regarding the operation of the clubs, management of the sim or sectors, suggestions on improvement, marketing, etc... PLEASE immediately say something, post the communication to the blog or IM those directly responsible for being able to make the changes or improvements
2) ADAPT, WORK WITH AND AROUND THE FULL CONCEPT OF THE SIM: -race -city -combat (2RAW)
*Street lay out shall remain as intact as it stands as much as possible, buildings can go to fit werever the club/sector owner envisions, if buildings are to be replaced, and the replacement of said building(s) is/are approved by the Sim Committee/Officers unanimously, they must equal the existing amount of prims as the building to be replaced.Note: any help that may be need it to make owners vision posible with less prims will be provide by 777 league builders staff if owner approve.
**NOTE: should this be in order to change the theme of the sector, please make a proposal to Sim Community (all 5 sectors) for review prior to made changes.
3) 5 CLUBS RUNNING INDEPENDENTLY BUT WITH A COMMON GOAL -success of the sim as a whole, with shared success between primary and sub managements for all clubs (trafic, contests, rental etc)
4) "1 for all and all for one" mentality Meaning: when an event is scheduled in one club all the others should send notices for this 1 event (and should expect the same from the other clubs when they also post/schedule events)Help rentors to get a shop in sector "B" even if you are in sector "A".
5) time frames for events in the 5 clubs: Please use the 777 League blog on the web for event scheduling on the calendar so as to not have overlapping events
Our GOAL should be 24/7/365 coverage of the sim with a minimum of 10-20 people occupying the sim at any given time.
Lay outs:club owner have 2 options:1) Rental or lease of 1 club area only and pay XXXXX (Negotiable)2) Rental or lease of 1 club area + a whole sector and pay XXXXX L a month (Negotiable)
Benefits of controlling a full sector: Club + 15 shops in the sector -will help on total payment of the club. Rentals income: -10 shops @ 150 L for 25prims= 1500/W -5 shops @ 300 L for 50 prims= 1500/w
(totaling 3000L/w =12000L a month) 12000 from income +/- if all shops are rented
NOTE: sector's owners can set their own prices on rentals but are reminded to keep them competitive with the other sectors.All buildings in the central area with "spetial rooms like the meeting room, office and some others as the beach and tracks up and down the sim are open for all clubs to make race contest, parties and meetings, just let us know the time and day.

CARSHOW @ 2RAW

Car show tonight at 5:30pm slt in the sim 2Raw in main TxT showroom. So, bring your cars and head on down for the showroom for an awsome car show, there will be a live DJ there.
